ESTATE AND FACILITIES MANAGER

the person with dementia and their carer at its core.
The ASI is currently recruiting an Estate and Facilities Manager who
will report to the Head of Operations. This is a permanent contract,

JOB LOCATION: Flexibility to be based at various ASI locations
regionally and to work remotely.
This position will be primarily responsible for the condition of the
assets, infrastructure, and fabric of ASI buildings and premises
across Ireland. The role holder will need to ensure current buildings
are maintained to a high standard and will be responsible for sourcing
new buildings and premises as and when required.
There will be a need to liaise with the wider Operations Department
and other National Office functions to support collaborative working.
This will be key to ensure services are running effectively and
efficiently to meet the needs of the person with dementia.
The National Estate and Facilities Manager will be required to ensure
purchasing policies and procedures are followed when tendering for
goods and services.
With a strong focus on efficiency, systems and quality of care, the
National Estate and Facilities Manager will support other Operations
projects to guarantee consistently and quality in the care ASI
provides.
Salary will be commensurate with the care sector, and dependent on
relevant experience.
